This Privacy Policy explains how Next Century Technologies, S.A. de C.V. ("Next Century Technologies", "we", "us", or "our"), with its registered address at Calle Hoyo 1 No. 119, Col. Jardines de Campestre, 66260 San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, Mexico, collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the RE:SOURCE website at resource.works (the "Site") and the RE:SOURCE desktop application (the "App", and together with the Site, the "Service"). RE:SOURCE is currently offered as an invite-only private beta. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Beta access requests. When you request access to the private beta, we collect your name, company, role, and email address.
- Communications. When you contact us (for example, by emailing support), we receive the information you choose to provide.
Information collected automatically
- Hosting and security logs. Our hosting provider processes standard technical data, such as IP address and request metadata, to deliver the Site and protect it against abuse.
- Cookies. The internal, app-only area of the Site uses one essential cookie to keep an authorized session. When you sign in to download the App, our authentication provider, Clerk, sets the cookies it needs to keep your sign-in session. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
- Visit statistics. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a small script from static.cloudflareinsights.com that reports page views, page load times, and the visitor's country, device type, browser, and operating system. To deliver the script and receive its reports, Cloudflare receives technical request data, including your IP address. Cloudflare states that it uses no cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint visitors. We see only totals. You can block the script in your browser or with a content blocker.
The RE:SOURCE application
The App runs on your own device and works inside your private, on-device workspace. You connect the accounts you choose (such as email, calendar, and contacts); the logins for those accounts are held in your operating system's secure credential store and are not transmitted to us. Outward actions, such as sending an email, are prepared as drafts and only carried out after you approve them. To provide assistant features, content you direct the assistant to work with may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
How we use information
- To review and respond to beta access requests and manage the beta.
- To provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you about the Service, including important notices and changes.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any other secondary purpose.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers. With vendors that host the Site and measure its visits, handle the access-request form, deliver email, manage sign-in for downloads, and provide the technology behind the assistant, bound by contract to protect your information and use it only to provide those services.
- Legal and safety. When required to comply with the law, respond to valid legal requests, or protect the rights, safety, and property of our users, the public, or Next Century Technologies.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, only as Mexican law allows and, where it requires, with your consent. We will require the recipient to honor this Policy.
Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International users
Next Century Technologies is a Mexican company, and your information may be processed in Mexico or in other countries where our service providers operate, including the United States. Those locations may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to its use, by emailing support@resource.works. Under Mexican law these are your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition. Our Spanish-language Aviso de Privacidad explains what to include in a request, how long we take to respond, and how to withdraw your consent; if this Policy and the Aviso differ, the Aviso prevails. Depending on where you live, for example in California or the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will honor them.
Children's privacy
The Service is intended for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

The Service may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page, update the "Last updated" date above, and, where appropriate, notify you.
